About Me
Hi, I’m Kid K!
At 18, I sprouted my career by purchasing my first camera. Seeing the world through a lens opened me up to new possibilities. I explored this interest by shooting local hip hop artists in Dallas. One day I tried switching my camera setting to video and I haven’t stopped filming since. I went from taking pictures of hip-hop artists, to making their music videos. Simply a Kid filming other Kids, I fell in love with creating visual media for others.
I poured this passion into education and received a Bachelor of Radio, TV, Video, & Film from the University of North Texas in 2016. After college I planted myself in Denton and was rooted by the flourishing music scene. Adjacent to Dallas, I entered the scene by shooting videos for local musicians.
Now my home is Austin, Tx. Holding onto the same sentiments, but now sweetened by experience. The same Kid with new cameras, wanting to make the world a bit more chromatic.

Kid K Media works with clients to create unique video and digital art. What began simply as myself, Kid K, making art with and for others has grown into a culturally-minded media company that seeks to innovate and inspire connectivity. Founded from many mediums, Kid K offers a colorful array of services including photography, cinematography, creative/SFX makeup, digital illustrations/designs, animation, and more.
